The truth about exercise and training is that if you do not increase the level of intensity progressively, you are unlikely to see any changes. That is because your body adapts very quickly to exercise. In the first few weeks, you may get results, but beyond that your body doesn't feel the need to adapt itself.

This is what this is all about. Using a gym allows you to get measurable results so that you can ensure improvements on a regular basis. That way your body has to constantly adapt to the new levels of exercise you expose it to.

Most Gyms have a reasonable range of equipment, that allow you to increase the resistance when you need to.
